Who We Are
Hi there. Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or struggling to work? That’s okay. We all feel like that sometimes. Sometimes it helps to think or talk about it. That's why we made What We Take With Us.
We are Alex Roche and Selena Harriott. Selena was sick of feeling tired and was too good at procrastinating, so she made herself a list to help get her life together. Alex thought it was cool and suggested we put it up on the internet, so here it is. We wanted to try to put some good out into the world.
We hope you use this as a way to start exploring your feelings. If you need more help, check out our resources page, where we've put some links to games you can play, crisis resources, and helplines. We've found them useful, so we hope you do, too.
